The terms that apply when you use ChartCall, what the charting drill may be relied on for, and why it is a study aid and never a clinical record.
What this is
ChartCall is a study aid for learning to chart dental findings from spoken callouts. It is not a clinical record, it is not charting software, and nothing charted here may be used to record, plan or bill the care of a real patient. On a real chart your office's software, your program's conventions and the supervising dentist govern, not this site.
The cases
Every case is invented for practice. No real patient, practice or person is depicted, and no real patient data is used anywhere. Every case, callout, glossary entry and guide paragraph is authored from scratch.
Conventions and attribution
Charting conventions differ between schools, offices and countries: the numbering system, the order surfaces are read in, the colours used for existing and needed work, and the symbols for each finding. ChartCall teaches one consistent set, described on the guide and glossary pages, and says where practice varies. Where a board, exam body or numbering system is named, it is named only to say what a convention is called. ChartCall is not affiliated with any dental board, exam body, school or professional association.
What is free
The daily drill, the glossary, the guide, the FAQ and practice on the restorations category are free with no account and stay that way. When billing is enabled, a paid plan adds the other practice categories, the timed exam, projection mode and the progress history. Nothing on the free list will be moved behind a payment.
No account, and your progress
There is nothing to sign up for. Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device, which means it can be cleared by you at any time, cannot be recovered by us, and does not follow you to another device. Treat any score you see here as a note to yourself rather than as a record anybody else can verify.
Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
- your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are subscribed on the browser you purchased from
- roughly when you purchased, and which plan (yearly or lifetime)
- the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy
That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Acceptable use
Use the site for learning and teaching, including projecting it in a classroom or lab. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, do not present its cases as your own work, and do not represent anything charted on it as a real patient record.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ChartCall is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on anything on it. Charting practice is not clinical advice and a score here is a self assessment, not a qualification or a competency sign off.
Contact
Questions, a callout that reads wrongly, or a report that a finding is graded wrongly all go to socialreminderinfo@gmail.com. A case that contradicts itself is a defect and gets fixed.
